I participate in ongoing relgious education through a Catholic High School or PSR program and will have completed three years of High School level Catholic religious education by the time I am confirmed
I participate regularly in parish worship and sacramental life by attending Mass often and being active in the life of the Church
I will be in 11th grade (or higher) on May 1st
I commit to participating in the complete Confirmation Preparation Program, including all dates and events on the schedule
I will communicate absences or conflicts as soon as possible to the Confirmation Director and/or my Small Group Leaders

CONFIRMATION PAYMENT

I will pay the $70 Confirmation Fee that will cover all books, retreat costs, and administrative costs associated with the St. George Confirmation Preparation Program.
