Baptism Seminar Registration

Thank you for registering for the St. George Baptism Seminar.  We are excited that you are preparing to participate in the spiritual life of a child through the Rite of Baptism.  You will have a special role in their faith development, and we pray that this helps you to become prepared for that commitment.  

There is no in-person seminar at this time.  Once you register, you will be emailed the materials to complete on your own.  We ask that each parent and Godparent fill out this form separately so that we can keep accurate records.  Thank you for understanding. 

This seminar is waived for those who have completed one here at St. George or at another parish within the last 5 years.  Please notify us if you have attended previously.  If you attended at another parish, we ask that you submit a letter to verify this from the parish you completed the course in.  Please email this letter to Jenny in the parish office.
