Baptism Seminar

Thank you for your interest in the Baptism Seminar at St. George Catholic Church. We are excited that you are preparing to participate in the spiritual life of a child through the Rite of Baptism. This is a beautiful and important role, and we pray this preparation helps you feel confident in your commitment.

Seminar Format

At this time, the Baptism Seminar is completed independently.
There is no in-person or virtual meeting required.

Participants will:

1. Review the materials listed below
2. Watch the recommended videos
3. Submit the form to confirm completion
   
   

Completion is based on the honor system.

Please watch each of the following videos:

After You Complete the Seminar

• Please fill out the form below to confirm that you have completed the seminar.
• Each parent and each godparent must submit the form separately so we can maintain accurate records.

A letter verifying completion is available upon request.

Previous Seminar Attendance

The Baptism Seminar requirement is waived if you have completed a seminar:

• At St. George or another parish within the past 5 years

If applicable:

• Please indicate this on the form
• If completed at another parish, email a verification letter to Jenny in the parish office.
